Toronto has one of the worst commute times in the world. At an average of 80 minutes per day, that equals to an average of one month every year!

To uncover the transportation challenges facing Torontonians and to help raise awareness around the issues , Tanner Zurkoski was chosen to spend the entire month of July in a hybrid car supplied by AutoShare, interviewing industry experts for the Passenger Seat web video series, making media appearances and speaking with the public while discovering new and better ways of “getting around” town.

The hybrid car was generously supplied by AutoShare, Toronto’s local car sharing company: “We are looking forward to being a part of the conversation around sustainable transportation in the city,” said Kevin McLaughlin, AutoShare’s president. “Our relationship with the car is changing, and I think this campaign will seed innovative solutions and ideas for the future.”
