Workshops for Adults
|Cooking at the Market
Take a break from the bustle of the Farmers' Market in these demonstration-style classes and indulge your senses as you taste delicious dishes prepared right in front of you by world-renowned special guest chefs.
|GE Café Chefs Series
Demonstration-style classes that take place on the second Tuesday evening of each month. Led by some of Canada's top chefs and food experts, you'll enjoy a fine multi-course meal paired with Ontario wines and good conversation exploring key issues in food and sustainability.
|Hands On Cooking Workshops
These hands-on cooking classes are divided by series, each with four sessions, and you can choose to attend just one or all four classes to become a master of that ingredient or topic! From wild blueberries to sustainable fish to local grains and kitchen skills and techniques.
Workshops for Kids & Families
Healthy eating habits are built strongest when introduced at a young age. Give your kids the skills and opportunity to find out what they like to eat and how to prepare it—all while having fun!

Roll up your sleeves with your little ones and dig your hands into creating tasty treats from scratch using only your hands! Saturday mornings during the Farmers' Market.
Healthy food starts from the ground up—through the soil and the efforts of farmers and artisanal producers—to bring the best ingredients to your plate. Start your meals off right and support local, sustainable food production and farming.
The year-round market runs every Saturday from 8am–1pm in Summer and 9am–1pm in Winter.
|Community Supported Agriculture
The CSA program offers weekly or bi-weekly delivery of organic, local produce, meat and other food products from June to October.
