Public Skating

Bring your skates and join us for free public skating! Our Skating Trail is the perfect place to enjoy fresh air, exercise and winter fun—in nature—in the city.
Imagine the snowflakes falling as you glide over the ice under the open sky with only the rafters of the former industrial building overhead. The city recedes behind the wooded valley walls as you wind through the garden mounds.
NEW this year! We are pleased to offer our first Learn-to-Skate program for youth ages 4 to 12. Visit our program page for more information.
