Public Skating

Skating has ended for the 2012–13 season! Thanks to you all for another great year and we'll see you next winter!

Join us for free public skating in the valley and wind your way through our outdoor Ice Trail! Our rink is fun for the whole family and a showcase of innovation in Green Design. An ECO CHILL® refrigeration system cools the ice surface while reusing the excess heat to warm the Marketplace building next door.

Services

Rentals: $5 or Pay-what-you-can
Sharpening: $5 per pair. Available at Evergreen Garden Market.

Please note that we have limited sizes and pairs available. Have old skates you would like to contribute to our library? Bring them down! All funds raised through our rentals go directly back into our free public skating program.

Please Note

  • The ice rink is open weather permitting. Please call ahead at 416-596-7670 on the day of your visit for the latest information if you are unsure
  • All children under 12 must be supervised
  • Skaters 6 years old or younger must wear a CSA approved helmet
