Inspired by the natural surroundings, this comprehensive program is designed to help deepen the connection between people and nature—increasing our sensitivity and awareness of both our internal and external environments and the relationship between the two. The educational movement and meditation programming will promote and support longevity, balance, and sustainability. We practice yoga not just for a healthy body today, but for a healthy body at 80!
Cost: $15 drop-in; $96.00 8-pack. Cash only.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, towel
Registration: Drop-in classes. No pre-registration required.

Class Description
Prana Flow
These sessions focus on breath, alignment, core stability and strengthening, to ensure that we keep a healthy spine and supple but strong body. Accessible to all ages and skill levels, classes offer a physically challenging practice that is cleansing and rejuvenating to both the body and mind.

Tory is a certified Moksha Yoga Teacher and photojournalist.
